⭐ BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE HOTEL FRIENDLY SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
Theryx Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Hotel Friendly software (including the Android APK) solely for the purpose of evaluating the platform during the 10-day trial period.
⭐ This license is personal to the registered hotel and may not be shared, sublicensed, or transferred to any third party.
You agree NOT to:
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license and legal action.
The Hotel Friendly software, including all code, interfaces, design, branding, and related documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Theryx Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
⭐ No ownership rights are transferred to you. This license is a right to use, not a transfer of ownership.
This license is effective until terminated. It may be terminated by Theryx Studio at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any term of this EULA.
Upon termination:
⭐ At the end of the 10-day trial, this license automatically terminates and you must cease use of the software.
⭐ THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Theryx Studio does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
⭐ TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THERYX STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THERYX STUDIO'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE (WHICH IS $0).
⭐ This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are accessing the software from outside Thailand, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.

⭐ Theryx Studio reserves the unilateral right to update, modify, amend, or replace this End-User License Agreement (EULA) at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
Changes may include, but are not limited to:
Your continued use of Hotel Friendly after any changes to this EULA constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated EULA. If you do not agree to the changes, you must immediately stop using Hotel Friendly, uninstall the APK, and delete all copies in your possession.
Notification: We may notify you of material changes by posting an updated version on our website (https://www.theryxstudio.in/hf/eula/) or via email if we have your contact information. However, ⭐ it is your responsibility to review this EULA periodically for changes.
Effective Date: The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent changes. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
